Surgeon Testimonial

Laz Klein, M.D., F.A.C.S.
I first met Dr. Klein the beginning of 2006. I was instantly impressed with him and was sure I was making the right choice by deciding to have my RNY with him. I just knew he was the right surgeon for me

I have met with him twice so far and every experience has been a positive one. He wants to help but he doesnt have the resources to reduce the excessive wait times and as we all know its frustrating for everyone all around.

Dr.Klein is a cancer doctor/bariatric surgeon and you know what he rocks! Every time I called or emailed he took my calls and responded to all my e-mails. Not alot of doctors do that...but Dr. Klein did and does and thats why he was absolutely the right surgeon for me.

Hi there Nina!! Your big day is tomorrow, and I just wanted to wish you all the best for your surgery day! I'm sure you're going to do just wonderful! I hope your recovery is quick and a real "non-event" so you can get on with living a healthy life full to the brim of all the things you've been wanting to do! Cheers, Marie

and my journey continues........
posted on 3/11/07 10:18 pm
I finally completed the last step of the pre-op testing and that is the sleep study.  I discovered that I have a mild form of sleep apnea and will be meeting with Dr. Sherkin this Thursday to review the results in further detail.

I have been so frustrated with the excessive wait times at this point that it almost seems like this will never happen for me.

I read the posts everday regarding upcoming surgerys and members finally getting their dates.  I just wish I could join them.
