Hello Everyone,

I have always been chunky and I want to get this weight off of me. I am a pretty active person and I have been carrying this weight for as long as I can remember. I just recently watched a video of myself and I just could not believe what I saw. I have always considered myself to be a person with high confidence but I did not like the weight I carry around. From the last time I was on a scale... I weighed in at 397lbs. I need all the help I could get so I decided to take this journey and start with something fresh. Before I turn 30 I would like to get this weight off. I am 26 years old now and I carrying 400lbs of weight. My boyfriend thinks I am 230 pound...(go figure) little do he know that I am carrying double that. I need help. I want to have children and live a healthy lifestyle. I hope someone read this and understand me! I am crying out for help. I dont know what to do.....
