Tananchai Lucktong, M.D.
My husband and I really liked Dr. Lucktong, he explained everything including all the risks of being obese and all the risks of the surgery. We met in a group setting but there was only one other person. After that we met with him one on one. I really think I made a really good choice. I really enjoyed my consultation but hubby was tired...lol. It was long but well worth it too. I liked Dr. Lucktongs staff as well. Everyone was very nice and they took really good care of us. Dr. Lucktong is going to have me do a sleep study, I was borderline but I am really impressed that he is going to do this. I was actually hoping he would. I am very impressed and really feel like I made an excellant choice.

oops forgot something

I forgot to add that even though I am struggling with the weight I am still losing size.   I went shopping with a gift card I got for Christmas and wooooooohooooooo I am in a 7-8 size pants and a small to medium shirt depending on the style.  I was so excited.  I think I will go back and maybe check for some other things today.   I love love love shopping now.   It's an adventure and not a chore now.   I don't even go to the big womans section anymore.   I did for a really long time before I realized I just cannot wear those clothes anymore.   I need to go through all my clothes and get rid of the stuff that no longer fits me.

Well Poo

Well I am having difficulty getting under and staying under 150.  I am still determined.  I just need to go back to basics and watch everything that I put in my mouth.  Haven't been doing that...duh.   So I have frittered away a month and now only have 24 days in which to lose those 5-7 lbs.   I better get to it...lol.  

I am looking into PS.  Lord only knows how I will be able to afford it.  I doubt insurance will pay for it.  I have requested information from Dr. Mitchel Krieger.  I have heard nothing but good things about him so I will schedule a consult with him sometime after I have my one year appointment.  I would like to get the lower body lift with a breast lift.  We'll see though.

Yay!! Finally broke 150

Well it took me a very long time but yesterday I was at 149 and this morning I am at 147 yipeeee!!  I am sooooo very excited.   This morning when I weighed I was just so happy. 

Last night was my hubby's work Christmas party so I am posting picks of that and I may change my avatar as well.  I cannot believe the change.  It is absolutely amazing.  I had no idea until I saw the pics.  Hubby took them before we left.   We had them done at the party so when I get those back I will post them too.   I thought I would add my graph at this point too.
