My Story

I am so excited to begin my weight loss journey! I have decided after years of losing and gaining the same 60lbs to take control for good! I just got divorced  in December 2010 and I am ready to make lots of changes in my life begining with my health. I am happy to be part of this community of support and have learned so much already.
