8 Days out!

Well,I survived the surgery! It wasn't as bad as I thought. The hospital staff kept remarking on how well I was recovering. I feel pretty good but after day 5, I was hungry! I was under the expectation that I wouldn't be hungry. What's going on? I hope that this works because that was a lot to go through for this not to work. I know it's going to take a lot of hard work on my part too.
