This is my first Blog and I'm excited to be writing it.  It is now September 2009.  I am just 2 months away from submitting everything to see if I'm approved to get my GB surgery.  I wish this time would fly by.  Everyday I feel a new emotion.  Some days I'm scared to death and don't want to get the surgery done and other days I wish I could drive to the hospital and get it done that day.  I'm sitting here flipping through all the Before & After pictures telling myself that someone will see me on there someday and I hope that I can inspire someone to be brave and go forward with their surgery like the people I've talked to and the photos I've seen that have helped me.  I want to thank everyone who have talked to me thus far and I hope to make some great friends and find someone whom I can talk to and go through this experience with together.
