3-18-10 Two Months Post-OP

I am exactly 2 months post-op today.  I have lost a total of 45 pounds in two months.  I'm sooo excited even though the weight loss has slowed some.  I know its my own fault for not getting in all my water and all my protein that I should in a day but I do try.  I haven't really exercised either but I'm changing that.  Yesterday for the first time, I went outside during lunch and walked a mile.  I'm going to do it again today and tomorrow... I'm going to make it a habit!!! My husband's aunt is giving us a manual elliptical.  I'm excited.  Its not as nice as the ones at the gym but if I can get on and do a half hour every night, I'd be proud of myself!  It will help until we can get some money together to get a treadmill or a better elliptical!    

I have tried SO many new things that it would probably be hard to post but I'm going to try.
Some of the things I've had have been:
Hot dog with chili and cheese from the Hot Dogg Shoppe
Fresh and Frozen Fruit
Salads
French Fries (on the salads)
Yogurt
Pop
A bite of chocolate
Grilled Chicken Fingers
Veggies
Rice
Noodles

My husband and I are in the process of moving into an apartment.  We are really excited and have been packing up a storm.  We move in April 1st.  With running around and getting everything packed up and buying new things.. I'm happy to get out of the house and in this nice weather!

Still in search for anyone that is trying to get rid of a treadmill or elliptical....I'll take it off your hands!!!
