My Story

Hello everyone! I am 26 years old and have just begun a new life!  I had surgery on July 16 and have to give all the credit to God, and my 2 year old daughter.  I am determined that my daughter, Abigail, will not have to live her life obese, like I did.  I grew up overweight and invisible and I knew that if I didnt take action and change my life, my daughter would have that same lonely life. So here I am on my road to a new me, to become a role model for my beautiful baby. Someday soon I will be able to climb up on playgrounds with her,  fit on the swings at the park, and crawl around on the floor with her.  My husband has been my best cheerleader and really has shown me unconditional love.  I cant wait to be thin and SEXY for him!  I am a christian and know that this whole process had been an incredible gift from my Jesus. He has been readying me for this moment for a long time. He has healed the pain I've held onto for so long. He has shown his love and faithfulness and has given me a way to rely on him totally. Food no longer has a hold on me. I am free from that addiction!  And I am so so so grateful.
