Hey all.

Anybody have ideas on how to reverse a sizable protein deficiency? Long story, bottom line: hard lesson learned.

Hey all. I'm working on some ideas for gifting and I need help. And input. Badly. Do you have a minute to answer these two questions? I'd be forever grateful:

Hi guys! A while ago we did a thread where anyone interested in participating told the story of their user names here. How they came up with them and what they mean. It was fun! And very informative. I felt like I knew everyone a bit better.

65-70% fat/15-20% protein/10-15% fat

It is not the same as paleo or whole 30 or even Atkins. The emphasis in ketogenic eating is on getting the fats in. Hence

OH is where I learned some really important things. Things I didn't know until after my surgery. Things my surgeon's program didn't cover or that I missed.

The biggest for me: Malabsorption wears off after a couple of years.
