Finally talk to someone at Jaward's office. My regular physician only sent over the fax notes instead of the fax notes with the progress notes for the 6 month diet plan. Talk to his office today and they are faxing them over to Jawards office right now. Therefore it should be being sent in to the insurance tomorrow afternoon. 11 more business days or sooner & I will finally have a answer...hopefully.

OK this is getting ridiculous. No one from the doctors office has contacted me. I going to email them again tonight and call them Monday. If the insurance denied me I wish they would just tell me. This is very unprofessional. If they needed more from me they need to let me know. I haven't heard from my nurse through my insurance who is there to help me get approved. In the mean time I had an eczema breakout and I'm on steroids for the next 3 weeks so they probably would do the surgery until I was done with them. I'm starting to get depressed and disappointed about this whole thing. My shimmer of hope is dying out.

Well it's been over 15 days since my last appointment and completion of requirements. Still haven't heard from anybody. I called the Dr. Jaward's office 3 times, email them 3 times and called my nurse from my insurance. Nobody has gotten back to me. I'm getting very frustrated and discouraged.  Just trying to find out if they need anything else so I can start working on it. I feel like I'm being blowed off. Very dissappointed.

Well everything is done. Now I'm just waiting for the final approval from the insurance company. They said it could take up to 10 business days. I'm looking at my phone every 5 min.  If they call by next Wednesday I  should be able to schedule for 1st week in May. About a month behind.
