Exercise..Exercise...Post Op
posted on 8/21/12 9:33 am
Today is another day to get moving.

I want to admit that I like I would think most other people have their highs and lows in the area of exercise.

For me, I have accepted that it is an evil necessary.

I have to get moving. I have to get moving for my life and for my kids, who are my number one priority.

With the everyday changes of life such as the kids are now on the football fields three days a week and school has started versus a couple weeks ago where we didn’t have any activities……….my exercise routine changes as my life/ schedule changes.

I also get bored and I change up my routine.

I have done Turbo fire and it is great.

I have done Zumba class and it was okay.

I love hard core cadio and lifting weights.

And, of course, walking…..walking….walking can be done any and everywhere.

So, in all, I have accepted that I must do it and I try to do it as often as possible at least three days a week.

Early in my process the more I got moving the more weight I loss.

Now, I can see the more I get moving the better I look in my clothes. Some days I feel “fluffy” and when I do, I know I need to change something and I move.

Have a great day!!!
