I left the forums a few years ago because I thought I was good to go on my own. Hmm...seems like that's not what I should have done. lol I am 4 years out and have been gaining weight again, thinking I could just go back to my old junk habits. Part of the problem is that lean meats, if they are not ground, do not go down well...and at 4 yrs out still tend to get stuck. So, I eat junk...stuff that goes down easy...even if I don't eat tons of it. Well, couple that with a grazing problem from being a work at home mom, and I found trouble! Sooo, I am trying to get back to eating healthy and properly...exercising too, and we are doing it as a family. I needed support from those who understand my struggles, so I thought...duh, get back to OH.com!! :) I love the new widgets and tools...those were not here back when I was posting regularly! Anyway, I thought I'd say hi, and that I hope to be hanging around more!
