6 Month Update
posted on 10/18/08 10:15 pm
Wow, 6 months already...so much has happened and changed.
My weightloss continues to be slower, and my appetite is a lot more than it was.  I can eat a lot more  than I used to too.
I  know full well that lately my weightloss has pretty much been stalled at 180 lbs and I have no one to blame but myself.  I have been eating and craving just like the old days...and even though I can't eat as much as I used to...I can still pack in lot of calories.
I am still not exersizing, and that has really got to change...I  have to get off my ass and work out.  Finding the motivation should be pretty easy....exersize, lose weight and tighten up...sounds great...why then can I not get off my butt and do it?
I wearing a womans 12 to 14 depending on the cut...shirts  are large and extra large.

Am I disappointed with my sleeve????  NO,I am not...I am unhappy with my attitude, and the fact that I have let the old habits take over again.

I  am very  very happy to feel normal.  I don't feel like I stand out in a crowd.  I am more approachable and do more approaching to other people.  My confidence has definately taken an upturn.  People I haven't seen for a while tell me that I look great...Had a woman tell me today that she almost didn't recognize me.  That made me feel really good.  I also had a man give me *the look* today while I was out with hubby...LOL He was not impressed.

So, the next few weeks I am going to be working on better eating,  and less snacking at night.  Less carbs, more protein and fruit. I am also making a promise to myself to start working out on the treadmill again.  I might make an attempt at my resistant bands as well...I would really like to lose another 10lbs before christmas.

I am cooking up another turkey tomorrow because I love turkey and the meat is lean...It's a big bird too, so the meat should last a while.

I guess that is  it for now.
Would I do it all again...IN A HEARTBEAT!!!!!
