Attitude adjustment!
Wow... just read my initial blog. What a bummer. I didn't mean a word of it. Would I do this again. Hell, yes! I'm a size 4! That wouldn't have happened without this tool! I'm healthy, happy, and have adjusted just fine. I'm able to eat what seems like "normal" amounts of food now... but the normal isn't about what I used to think it was. I think I eat like a normal thin person. Thanks to all my friends on OH...
