A nasty young woman became angry at me at the gas station, thought I cut her off. Got out of her car with vile cussing. Called me an "old c......" Did not call me am " old FAT c....." Very weird. That would have been her first comment a few months ago.

Now that the heat is letting up, I am missing hot soup. I know noodles are out. How do we manage no liquids 30 minutes before and after and still enjoy a high protein soup? Thanks in advance.
