only gained 11 lbs, which is totally reversable. also, my bone density went back up to 7.1 (thank you calcium supplements). I looked for some free weights so I could get back into arm tonage today, but walmart has been pretty picked dry. I wish I had some extra stamina to just maul my apartment into cleanliness, but I still just want to sleep/vege all the time. so much for transitions. school starts tomorrow. I made myself tilapia tonight- it was lovely, and I'm rather enjoying my healthy food again. that plus hoedown throwdown and crunches in the mornings, and walking to class everyday (seriously, my books weigh in at over 30 lbs) and I should be back to the old me in a couple of weeks. well, make that more like 6-8 weeks. I've got a wedding to attend in there.

Back from hiatus

So, 3 months later...

Camp was an epic fail eating and exercising-wise. I've gained about 15 lbs, even though my fitbit (which I lost during 3rd session and am currently missing like my right arm until my ordered one comes it) said I was walking between 9 and 12 miles per day. Lack of sleep really was the killer for me. I was great with vitamins at first, but the last 3 weeks or so everything kinda went down the tube.

I'm in gainesville now, and I've started law school. I'm nervous about my sedentary habits here (meaning, I have to study all the time), but I arranged to live close to the school (like, probably 2/3rds of a mile or so) so I will definitely be getting my walk on going to class and such. I've still been eating junk, but I got all my "good" food and within this week I'll be finishing up the junk and getting back to my routine of starving off my weight again.

My skin is really disgusting. I don't even want to admit how many yeast infections I got this summer. It's honestly become something I get so depressed about when I see myself naked, or when I look at my student loans. I've been praying that some experimental treatment will pop up, or some medical resident will want someone to practice on, so I can get this shit cut off of me. oh, the long lasting results of obesity!

not much else to report, I'll try to write again once I've actually weighed myself and know the real damage
