Getting started
on March 1, 2012 1:19 pm
 Well I went to the Seminar in Nov. '11. Went to my PCP requested a ref. to a Bariatric Surgeon. had to wait  on autho from insurance. My 1st visit was in Feb.12. was ordered to do a dozen labs and scheduled for testing. Now I am at a halt cause I need another autho from my insurance...This sucks..

I'm at 258 as of Feb my Dr. says I have to be at least 240 before my surgery...

I'm not to consume more than 1600 calories a day and drink 60 grams of protein...its not that bad...plus I been hitting gym at least 1x a day m-f...on my Journey
