I had my last nutrition class this past saturday and was glad to hear that my food options really open up now. I'm still scared of food at times so I'm not going overboard! I was just glad to hear I can have a small salad, so now I have some choices when eating out! I miss my coffee but have found that without sugar I don't like it as well.
I'm not crazy about any of the artificial sweeteners, and I can taste them a mile away! I'm learning what works for me and what doesn't, what I like and what I don't. Today was my first day back to work, I was going stir-crazy at home! Felt great, I hadn't seen co-workers in a month and they were telling me I looked great, you could see a difference, and I looked healthy.
Noticing differences in how my clothes fit and loving it! I have to get better getting that protein in daily, but I'm trying! I was pretty frustrated because in the past week I really haven't lost any weight but my nutritionist said it's normal and she thinks I may be dehydrated. Hope so!
