I just realized that it has been almost a whole month and I have not posted on here 
. I have to post that this past Friday the 26th of June marked my 4 months post op. I can't seem to imagine how fast the time has gone by. I have had accomplishments and failure this past 4 weeks. I am sure that everyone has them. The weight loss has slowed up and I am fine with that. I am just happy with all the goals I have completed.
I go see my PCP in July ( around the second week ) I am going back to the clinic on the 30th for a check up. I have some issue I would like to discuss with the doctor.
I hope that everyone has good plans for the 4th of July !!! This will be the first one I have had off in a long time. I am really looking forward to it. I do enjoy a good fireworks display.
