Happy First Day of Fall  I would guess that it is a bit too early for the Jack -O-Lantern, but it is the nearest thing to a pumpkin.  I almost let September go by without making some kind of post.  September was a good month for me.  I was able to go home to Arkansas for a visit and to be with my mother for her birthday  !!  It was so much fun that I did not mind that it rained everyday I was there.  I really enjoyed the plane ride.  I was able to sit comfortably in the seat and use the regular seat belt without the extension and I was able to pull excess belt through the buckle ( I guess that is why the flight attendant stared at me when I got a little over excited after I put on my seat belt.

I  cancelled my appointment this week for a band adjustment.  I feel like I am at a good spot and do not really want to go messing around with anything when I feel I am OK.  I have rescheduled for next month.  The weight loss feels good right now and I am happy with things the way they are.

I guess that is all for about now.  I am just waiting on the installers to get here to put in the new dishwasher !!! 

I almost forgot something that is of BIG IMPORTANCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  It was one year TODAY that I started on the OH website and that I started my adventure in Weight Loss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wow ... has time flew by....would I do it all again??????      YES !!!!!!!!!!....

I have met so many wonderful people on this site and found so many people to be so helpful and I consider that just a good as the weight loss....  (  I know it sounds mushy )
