Rounding the corner and heading into November.  I am simply amazed at how fast this month has flown by.  Time change this weekend and darkness comes too early.  I hate this part of the year.  I go to work in the dark and come home in the dark. 

I really don't have much to write about.  I did want to get a post in before the month is over.  I am still doing well with my weight.  I have had a few road blocks and pitfalls but all in all I am doing well.
