my new start

Here is a update   I had the Lap-Band surgery on April 21,2009. I done really well with it the first year but after that it has been all down hill i have had nothing but trouble. its a long store so i wont drag it all out but I am now going to have it removed and i am going to have ryn done 2-21-12 i am so ready to get started in my ryn journey..

Almost 9 months out now

Well it's been awhile lol .. I am almost nine months out now from my lap-band surgery I have lost a total of 117 pound i still need to lose 55 more pounds to be at my goal but i know i will get there . Just wanted to up date everyone on how i have been doiong. Thanks Arliene

3rd Fill

Well I had my 3rd fill on (8-6-09) . It went well i have now got 3.9cc in my 10cc band. Found out that i have lost a total of 90 pounds . 24 before surgery and 66 after surgery. I think I am doing great with my band so far and my Doctor is really happy with me . I am starting to fill so much better I don't mind going out and working in the yard anymore I seem to be able to handle the heat a little more now. Before i would go out and just turn and go back in lol now i say outside lol. Arliene

2 MONTHS OUT

Well today(6-26-09) I am 2 mo. and 5 days out from my lap-band surgery. I think I am doing really good working my band I have lost a total of 73 pounds now. I know that is not normal but i have always been a fast loser .Thing is i would always put the weight back on now i have the Band to help me to keep from doing that. Thank the lord I am really starting to feel bad when I tell people how much i have lost on here. They seem to not think that is not normal for the band and it kind of hurts my feeling. But i have really worked my ass off to get where i am  and to do this for myself not anyone else. I am off of all my meds now so that is a big plus for me and i am enjoying my life more now than ever.I am sorry that i am not normal to some but as long as this works for me i am going to be happy. First Fill!!

Well I went for my first fill yesterday (5-28-09) . It was not bad at all never even felt it at all. WOW! I was shocked of that and very happy too. Dr. Nelson came in and said you have done so good with losing weight i am so proud of you and she said it 4 more times before she went out of the room. She also said she was going to make me her star patient lol. I have lost 53 pounds from March tell now. I think that is really good. I thank God every day for my Band. It has helped me so much already I know i got alot more to lose but with his help i can do it . Arliene
