One day before surgery. Wow. I can't believe it's actually going to happen and I"m finally going to be thin - for good!!!!! I've been dieting so long it's hard to believe something will actually help me this much to help keep it off. But I believe it will work.

I've read so many success stories from all the great men and women on this site that I know I will be successful.

 I can't wait to feel better, to play more with my little girl and to go shopping for great clothes!!!!
