Hey. Good Luck today. I hope they find the source of the pain so you can know and get on with it, whatever "it" is. I'll be looking for updates from Sam.

Daniel slept through the night!  WooT!  And Kaitlin stayed in bed until 6:30!  Yeehaw!

Appt. yesterday -- he thinks I have a senstive vagal nerve.. and that's why I've been having near syncope.  So, they scheduled a tilt table test, which sounds absolutely wonderful, as they try to make me pass out.  They will even inject me with meds to help the process along.  A wonderful 4 hours I'm sure.  Hubby has to be there to drive me home, so that gives it even more cred for being something I really wish I had kept my mouth shut about.  If it is this, there isn't anything to be done for it.. he gave me some preventatives.. but other than that, nadda.

Hubby has to go through allergy testing.  He's had a sinus infection for 10 years, now they have found two polyps.  His ENT isn't tottally concerned about the polyps.. but is about the 10yrs of sinus infections.  So we'll see how that goes.  It will be moderatly unplesant as well.

My folks got into town *late* last night.  They leave Saturday am.  Then Sunday am, I head off to Myrtle Beach to meet up with Amy C and Rebeka C... then drive to Charlotte to meet up hubby who has a training thing.  Point?  Expect my eating to be off for a couple of days.  I may not be able to control my carbs, but I can up my protein in between to help boost the percentages.

1c coffee w/ ff moo
1c oikos w/ fibersure
protein shake
1oz beef jerky
twisted protein bar
south beach sammy
protein drink

1051 cals  26.61g fat  93.42g carbs  116.83g protein  16g fiber

30 min jogging, 30 min free weights

I swear, I think I'm falling apart.  First the bone aches (which I think have gotten a bit better.. amazing what 50k D will do for ya).. and today I see the cardiologist about my little fainting thing the other day.  I'm a fairly healthy chica.. this just seems so strange for me to be seeing a cards doc, yannow?  I also think it's strange that so much is revolving around me.. this isn't me at all.

Kaitlin had a pretty decent birthday.  My folks come into town late tonight and leave early Saturday.. we'll spend some time celebrating hubby's 30th and Kaitlin's 2nd while they are here.

1c oikos w/ fibersure
twisted protein bar
grilled chicken w/ buffalo wing sauce
chicken and mozzie flatbread
1c oikos w/ 1/2 c fresh raspberries
protein shake

1062 cals  24.59g fat  81.37g carbs  142.81g protein  20.68g fiber

30 min elliptical (didn't have time for a full work-out)

I asked Daniel's pedi about working out with a d deficiency.. told me weight training was the best thing I could do while waiting for the d to get back up.. said it would strengthen my bones.  I think I'll cut my training to 1 set of each excercise for a month or so.. that way I'm not overdoing it, but still getting the strength in.
