Yesterday I went to the WLS class which is like a seminar where you learn all about the surgery... we all got weighed in and our BMIs calculated. We heard from two of the surgeons a Psych and a nutrionist. It is mandatory that we go to a support group but that was canceled due to the weather. So I hope to have that taken care of in Febuary...i have to have all of the rest of my appointments completed before I can have my date of surgery so I am in that process now so I hope it will be smooth sailing from here cause I am so ready to take this journey to a healthier me
