First "Complication"?

Not sure whats going on, but my left side just started hurting 2 days ago and it seems to be getting worse. I'm not sure if its a problem from the surgery, or a problem within my body. If it gets to the point where I can't take the pain, I will probably end up going to the ER so they can tell me exactly whats the problem.
