More Restriction
posted on 2/28/11 10:31 am
Well, the Night Munchies being gone didn't stick, but the amount has lessened.  I definately feel more restriction.  In the mornings, I feel great and I drink coffee and still feel great.  About 9a.m. I eat an egg with a flat, round toasted bread and a teaspoon or 2 of shredded cheese.  Still fine.  But when, in 2 to 2 1/2 hours and my stomach starts to growl, I eat lunch, I begin to feel restriction and am mildly uncomfortable mid chest.  It pretty much is staying that way for the rest of the day.  Even when my stomach growls and I am hungry, I still am feeling the tightness in mid chest till the next morning when I start all over again.  Will live with it a few more days and see if I can change anything.
