I went to the Christian music festival in Pennsylvania, and took my two kids, and even though we had to leave early, we still had a great time.  I was able to do a lot of walking without getting too short of breath (only on the inclines) and we went to Philadelphia and DC and saw many historical things and a lot of walking.  The dinosaur exhibit at the Smithsonian was awesome!  My son is really interested in them and I think that was his favorite part of the trip.  I took the elevator up the Lincoln Memorial, but did take the steps down successfully.  I only made it half-way up the steps in Philly where Rocky ran up them, but it's progress for me!  I even managed to lose weight while on vacation...that's a first!
