Francis W. Teng, M.D.
Dr. Teng is extremely informative and thorough!!rnI always say it's \"Teng's way or NO WAY!!!\". He starts off by telling every patient that they must be committed to his program or they can find a different surgeon.I have heard a few patients say that they feel like he's talking down to them. He's very adamant on how things will be done. He's one awesome surgeon!!rnGoing for my last appointment next Weds. and he warned me that he will be giving me a test(routine).He'll be asking about RNY and if he feels I don't have a total understanding he won't hesitate to push back surgery date! Last chance to weigh in(I've lost quite a bit this last month)any patient who hasn't lost at least 5% weight WILL GET their surgery delayed until they have! He's tough but he tells everyone that you're committed to HIS program the first 2 years post op.rnHis brother Dr.V.Teng is anesthesiologist on all of his cases.rnTheir sister,Tina, is an RN who runs their hectic office!rnHis asst. surgeon Dr. B. Hanna is a friend of mine who has been trying to get me in the OR for 3 years! When Tina called me and said I was approved;I called Bernie and said \"You and I have a date on Dec 6th\" He was excited as I was.rnDr Teng's program is intense and requires commitment but he tells patients that on their very first visit. He does 2 hour seminar/month for people looking into surgery. Every patient must attend his seminar first. He and Dr. Hanna hold the monthly support meetings. He is VERY involved with every aspect. Like I said earlier...\"It's Teng's way or no way!!!\"

Time for a Change

Ok...I was really was quite attached to my avatar. The words I live by;will be redesigned a bit and it will be my WLS tattoo. So the fireworks have been replaced by my 3 BABIES!!! Yes...Peaches is being squished in between Nick and Mike.Seeing them makes me smile. I LOVE YOU-Neighbor Kid;Favorite Child and Tall Skinny Blonde Bitch(weight at Vet...5 lbs 11 oz.). Yea...she's like one of those girls hated in HS...skinny;gorgeous and SPOILED!!I still have to share food with her...thats one way to eat less.COOLEST LOSERPhotobucketPhotobucket

I bought a set of scrubs today...size LARGE(mind you 4 months ago 3X looked like CRAP on me)...guess what...

THEY FIT!!!!!!!!! OMG OMG

Not ANOTHER STALL!!!!!

Yes...of course another stall!!! Only lost 1 yes count it...one lb. this week. Guess the good news about that is...I DIDN'T GAIN WEIGHT!!! Went to movies last Friday night. Fun! I fit comfortable in the the seat; was freezing was able to put Ron's jacket on. Wasn't able to zip it up but put it on...the man wears a MEDIUM. Hoping by the beginning of June(5 more weeks) to become a member of the Century Club. Thank you all of my OH friends for all of your support and just for being my friend. I HEART you guys!!!

OMG!!!! I had SOOO much FUN . Daughtry started off and the guy can SING!!! JBJ ROCKED!! And he's so entertaining. Involves the crowd everything chance he gets.I burned a ton of calories...never sat down during JBJ...danced for the entire 2+ hours and sweated my BUTT off. Dang...they Rocked STRONG over 2+ hours and never took a break.Bought a really cute pink tee shirt;overpriced but REALLY CUTE so it HAD TO COME HOME WITH ME!!!! Another thing... 4 months ago I would have been totally uncomfortable in the arena seats. So not the case...room to spare I LOVE MY NEW LIFE!!!
