Went to the doctor today

I went to the pcp today and have lost another 30 pounds it felt so great I wanted to do a flip but remembered that it would not be a good idea. Since I went in there cause my foot was hurting to begin with. So I just put on a smile

My Story

Well how do I start? I have been a heavy guy most of my life I have always been active played sports and love to be outside. I just had the problem of never feeling full and fighting with my weight trying to lose but then just gaining it right back. Even though I did not have any big problems yet I did not want them to come. My biggest weight was 670 I lost by myself 120 pounds where I was when I got wls 541 I am down to 435 now and feeling better each and everyday.
