i have a question, when we count carbs are we suppose to subtract the fiber? Do we not digest the fiber?

Well I am 4 days closer to getting this band out. I have to wait 6 weeks after to have the bypass. Question how long did you have to take off just for the band removal

My insurance approve the revision from band to bypass only down fall is that i have to have 2 separate surgeries. He will not do the at the same time due to complications
