Plateau terminated!

Yay!
Lost 2 lbs! Mentally refreshed! I love OH! It had kept me sane through some rough mental waters. Hang in there if you are plateau'ing and are a newbie like me. Read what others have to say and know that you are not alone.

Captain's log...
Ok, I admit it, I am a little bit of a nerd. This is my first blog entry ever, not just on this site. I thought I would give it a whirl!  But I found myself strangely unsure of how to proceed. Then Captian Picard's voice echoed in my head and I had to laugh. (Yes, I like Kirk also, but Picard is my fav!)

I am post op 2 1/2 months and have lost 42 lbs. (58 with the weight loss pre-op). I am pretty excited, but also of late a little discouraged because I have hit a plateau. Haven't budged in  almost 2 weeks. Sigh...

Most of the time it is easy to keep my spirits up, but a bad day occurs here and there.  I found it extremely helpful to read posts about this same thing occuring to others, in the sense I now realize I am not alone.  I will keep following the program and I know it will work.

I think I like this blog thing...even if no one ever reads it...I like the emotional reflection I get from it...
