Well hello.  I'm Becky and I'm on a journey towards better health.  I got a DS from Dr Dennis Smith on Sept. 30, 2009. 

I'm now below goal and learning about this concept called maintenance.

I train and compete in obedience trials with my girls Lou and Vamp.  Vamp is a 2 year old Border Collie (thank you Holley) and the light of my life.

We live in the mountains of western North Carolina.
