Hi! My name is Becky and I had surgery 2/12/2008. I'm 29, married, and have a 4 year old son that has Autism. I work full-time at ECU, am a full-time ECU student, and full-time advocate for my son (which is really like 5 full-time jobs). I love shopping, photography, and scrapbooking (although my husband would refer to me as a "collector").

Like many others, I've been overweight my entire life and have finally decided that WLS is my best option to get the weight off. My life is pretty hectic and I hope the decision to have WLS is a good one. I know in the end I'll be happier/healthier and better able to deal with all of life's curveballs.
