My Story

 My Name is Sarah and I am an Air Force Wife and student. Weight has been something I have struggled with since I was in fourth grade. As soon as I hit about middle school the yoyo diets began. Weight watchers, Adkins, the doctors diet, the zone and the starving myself. Ive lost and then gained more than I lost from the begining. When push comes to shove when I look in the mirror, I am not happy with what I see. I have a huband that loves me and a amazing family but I am still not happy with me. I need a drastic change. My husband and I have talked about it and he supports me 100 percent. The more I think about it the more I know that this is what I need to help me have a happier self image and a healthier lifestyle for myself and my family. I know there will be some people that dont support me on this journey but I just have to say to hell with them and live MY life. Wish me luck.
