Easier ? No! Habit ? Maybe. Thats what i feel like it is. I get up every morning make my protein shake get my jug of water and ice together and then start my day. I don't think i could have made it this far if it wasn't for those sugar free popcicles!! Mmmmm! I love them. And Jell-O! so far so good! My advice is keep your head up and pull thru if your hungry go for walk do something. I am half way thru and i already feel better! Woohoo. Just remember YOU CAN DO!!!!!
