My weight has stayed the same or has fluctuated anywhere between 227-230, however the way my clothes are fitting is showing that I am making a lot of progress still. I can even wear down to a 13 in pants. Am I assuming wrong or does this mean I am loosing inches, and if so when loosing inches why doesn't the weight amount change?
What is going on with my body ???/

I was told that the fat sometime redistributes itself???? So your weight won't change but you'll notice inches in certain spots decrease. *hunches shoulders* I've only lost 1 lb in the last 4 days but I have lost a half an inch in the waist in the same amount of time.. go figure!

My nutritionist told me that you loose inches before pounds...just keep at it! :-)
