Just wanted to share that this morning my scale read 196.5 - down from my starting weight of 290 pounds. I'm determined to hit 100 pounds lost by my first surgi-ver

I went for my 6 month checkup last week. I dutifully brought in my food record and the NUT said I was eating too much and she was surprised I was still losing weight. Now, I know I'm not the world's fastest loser but I'm right where the post-op planner

Opti-pudding - Optifast mixed with half the usual amount of water. Kind of a weird texture but at least it feels like solid food
