well i started at 283 feb.15 2010. And today feb.27 2010 I'm at 254..............I'm gonna update this way till i can figure out that frikkin ticker thing.

hey im home now thanx everyone for the wizdom and help everything was pretty much the way you said it would be. the nurses and drs at St. Joes was great.the guy I was roomed with had the same surgery and i wish him the best he was a great guy.Im still feeling pretty full on the juice and water sips and the gass feeling is still got the prsusre but i got that under control with walking...............

OK,Monday is my big day! I am ready for this and so happy to get on with my new me.Thank you to all my new friends here,your words of help and chatting with you has been great.
