Feeling alot better, moving well and enjoying my walks. Hate the sagging skin and spoke with Dr about referral which he says he will sign 1 year after surgery date. Need to lose as much as I can by then. Wish me luck.155 lost since orientation, 129 since my DS in Feb.

I am sitting here watching the clock as it slowly takes me through another day. All I can do now is wait for time to pass and for Kaiser to send the requested results. One thing I know is I need to make sure this waiting game does not lead me to bad eating habits. I started pumping in the vitamins and reading the info sent from surgeons staff. I feel ready and can hardly wait.

Things are moving along at a fast pace after what seemed to be a four year stall. I am so excited after getting the news today, Now I need to wait on afew test results and see the surgeon b4 the final GO. Wish me luck surgery may happen within 2 months of my request to the Kaiser Bariatric Dept.

Dr. appointment and new psych eval scheduled for after the holidays. Feeling a lil nervous but ready for the possible change. Not sure how to update my surgeon on profile page but now with Dr. Rabkin in San Francisco. Hopefully more news to follow.

 I have a phone appointment on 12-19 and hopefully an office visit to follow if things go well.
