Ok, I met Dr Long a week before my surgery. He endured my list of presurg questions. I had been warned about dry humor but not too bad. Main thing was he has done a lot of these surgeries and he do a good job on me! Only 1 week post op and would recommend him to other patients.

    Choking down vitamins. Abd still sore with movement. Have not vomited :-)

Hello. Down 3.4 this week. I'm glad though hoped after working out 5 days this week it would have been more.
