just got back from 1 month post op and 259 is the lucky number which is  29 pounds since march 23. and my bp med. was cut in half and was told that i will be off it real soon.dam i feel good.

i stopped by my doctors office yesterday just to drop off some paperwork for disability and decided to step on the scale.. i lost ten pounds since april 2nd for a total of 22 lbs since surgery on march 23.thats pretty dam good .i can imagine how quick i will lose weight once i get back to work,since i have a very physical job. its wierd but i cant wait to get back to work.

I decided to go for a quick ride today,but i ran into problem, all of my riding jackets are TOO big. I  had to dig and finally found one that fits. i guess I gotta get new jackets in a few months. thats gonna be a chore(haha,gotta fake it ). maybe i can get a pair JoeRocket ballistic riding pants in a xxl(they run small). i wanted them for the longest but they didnt carry my size.they will have my size by this fall. things are starting to look pretty good. my wife said "hey skinny man ". dam that feels good when your wife notices you.    I LOVE YOU MUNECA XOXOXOX

went out for dinner with wife on tuesday night and i noticed there was a space between me and the table,and i was actually comfortable.the check was about half and i was completely satisfied with four pieces of sushi.i just took my time , the owner,who knows us as frequent diners was surprised that we only ordered three rolls for the two of us and took home the leftovers. dam it felt good to have space and eat to satisfaction and not pig out. 

went for my first check-up yesterday and WOW was i HAPPY i lost 12lbs since march 23(surgery date), for a total of 24 since march9 that i started my 2 week liquid diet. my blood pressure down to 117/72 ,heart rate  normal. now I dont mind goin to the Dr.   Feelin great I can feel better already. again I thank everyone who supported my and for their prayers. 276 and dropping feels good tobe onthe losing team.
