i just got a pic of my self from fourth of july and its the first recent pic that i see of myself and i can see the difference that everyone tells me about. dam it feels good to see the improvement . i have a pic of last year and boy what a difference.i am down to 223 lbs.  i am out of the big mens dept, which was one of my goals now just a few more goals.since my surgery i am off  my bp meds, off cpap, and i sleep all night like a baby. funny that i do not wake up tired nor do i get sleepy during the day, also i am not grumpy do to my lack of sleep.luckily everything is working out great and falling into place.again i want to thank my wife and kids for their support.
