stepped on for my weelky weigh in and 195lbs which means i met and passed my mini goal of 200 by turkeyday.maybe i just want to say that i am grateful for many things in life such as my family ,health andmany other things that we take for granted in life. remember everyday is thanksgiving.

just checked my "bmi" and at 198lbs my bmi is 31.1, i started at 47.76 so i aint complaining. i am now considered just overweight, no longer considered mobidly obese or obese what a relief. just got bout 25lbs and i should be at my correct weight,like i said before ,i will do it lil by lil. again just gotta say "i feel good"

went to buy some jeans and t shirts and when i grabbed the xl shirts they looked way to small for me, i tried them on and they fit very comfortably, i said to myself "oh shit ,i thought they were gonna be tight" i even double checked the tags. even stranger is that 38 regulars fit just fine, which i have never worn regulars, instead i used loose fit or relaxed or husky. finally i have gotten back to normality, thanks to my family for all their support.

 we went to BB KINGS lastnight to see TEENA MARIE and had a great time,it was just me and the wife,i can go anywhere with her and have agood time. i spent twenty minutes looking for a pair of dress pants that fit. for once in my life my pants outgrew me instead of me out growing them..i put on a pair of slacks that fit perfect on sept 18 and now i would need suspenders to keep them up.dam it felt good. i actually feel good wearing dress clothes instead of jeans and i even want to tuck my shirts in instead of wearing them out  of my pants since now i dont have to cover my belly .i actually look forward to speacial occasions so i can wear a fresh shirt and tie and dress shoes even though i love my timberlands. well gotta go. talk you guys soon.

 stepped on the scale and i entered the one zone,  198lbs .i havent seen that on a scale since high school. again i want to thank my wife and rugrats for all their support, getting there lil by lil . i didnt gain weight overnight so i cant lose it overnight. i really cant complain since i was bout 290 day of surgery.
