well this is my first post and I am jumping through the hoops.  My Dr. told me I had sto quit chewing tobacco and I need to diet I guess to soften my liver so its easier to move out of the way for surgery  but let me tell you quiting chewing and dieting are not going to happen right now well I am on my 3rd week  of not chewing but let me tell you the candy machine at work took one hell of a beating.  well its getting easier now so I think I will start my diet next week I will let you know how that goes.
