well I'm 8 months out down 125lbs and i am and have been stuck 5lbs from my goal  but on the good side I bought my first pair of size 38 waist pants when I started I was a size 50 also I can now run a mile on the treadmill at the gym when I first started I couldn't walk a 15 min mile well that just a quick update O also I am going to be a dad again Its been one crazy year so far lets see what the last 4 months has in store
