Today was my final appt with my surgeon before surgery. I hadn't seen my surgeon since July at the time I weighed 409. Today when I went in I weighed 454...I can't beleive I gained that  much in just 4 months...I was freaking out thinking I was going to get rescheduled...and of course I did. Luckily for me, it got rescheduled for the 1st of Dec rather than the 3rd so I guess it worked out. I have to definitely get on my liquid diet hardcore now...I don't want to  have to end up getting the surgery open...We shall see how it goes.

Yuck...the worst stuff I have ever tasted. I went for my pre-op testing today. I was kinda mad because the staff at the hospital wasn't all that friendly, luckily its not the hospital I'm getting my surgery at. They were just pushing me from place to place, being very short and not nice at all. I try to be nice and friendly to everyone and they just made me feel like I was nothing..oh well.  I will most likely never see them again anyways. The 8 hour appt pratically killed me. The worst test was probably the pulmonary function test...I thought I was going to die doing all those breathing test.  I'm glad I quit smoking a few months ago or they would have been worse. I was in a small plastic box that reminded me of something off of willy wonka.... I'm very surprised  I actually fit but my knees took a beating since I'm so tall..but hey I don't want to complain that much.  The hard stuff is over finally until the actual surgery. I just have to go to a support group and see my surgeon and I will be good to go.
