Happy 48th to Me

We had a Labor Day /BDay yesterday and cooked a Low Country Boil. It was so good. Made some pear apple cole slaw it was pretty good too. We all had a good time. I was running and playing around with the grand kids. Got to visit with my family and it was so good. I got up this morning and I was at 160. Yippie. I hope to see 150's soon......about 35 lbs from goal. Boy am I enjoying my life. I wish everyone who is obese could have this surgery. It has changed my life. hope to post some new pic today....Later
