6 month check up

I had my 6 month check up yesterday and all my labs were great.  I have lost 69% of my excess weight.  I have lost 141 pounds.  so I have almost lost half of me.   When I get to 150 I will have lost 150  so half of me will be gone......I had my appointment with Cammie the Nutrituionist and she said I was doing great.   And I meet with Dr Calhoun too and I'm still crazy so I guess that's good!  lol..... Dr B says I should lose 22 - 24 pounds by my next visit in Dec.  So that will make me right at my goal at 9 months.  Cammie measured me and I went from a 60 inch waist to a 40 in waist and hips from 63 to 43   that's 20 inches each!  that felt so great......  They have asked me to talk to the pre surgery group as a post op role model on Oct 7.  So I am gonna get my pics ready to show them my story.    I am excited that they ask me to share my journey with others.   Well, later.....
