Well i can hardly believe it but my 6 month check up was last Tuesday, and i have lost 158 pounds(wow). i got my blood work today from the 13 viles of blood they took from me, and every thing was in the normal area , Dr Hendrick does what me to increase my vitamin d, and protein.So everything is a OK, and I'm going to keep on keeping on.

I'm not sure were i got this from, but i like it.
 
You can choose how you react to every situation.
You can choose to react/perceive a situation positively.
You can choose to love and share with others. 
You can choose to be loved/ accept love.
You can choose to have goals.
You can choose to try. 
You can choose to have choices.
You can choose to find your inner strengths and use them as building blocks through the changes of life
You can choose your values and beliefs.
You can choose to have support system.
You can choose to turn the negative qualities into positive attributes ( turn your bullheadedness into determination.)
You can choose to use this chance in your life as an opportunity to be creative / be challenged and begin a new  exciting page in the book of your life or as an reason to try or accomplish meaningful goals or activities.
You can choose to find new meaning, understanding and growth from this situation.
